A piece of paper from Apollo's notebook is ripped out. It appears to be a plan Apollo made up in comic form featuring himself and Beatrix.

On the back the following is scribbled on...

Pros

Find potential citizen if not impriosned
Find potential spy if imprisoned (need to find way to tell people though)
Actually do something to help the burg
Can start to create a citizen alliance
Protects citizens with actual roles

Cons

Very risky - could easily get impriosned
Spy may not imprison me right away - ruins it
Person may not believe I am a citizen
Person might blab

Note: Need Possbile people to use it on
Will I actually attempt this plan? - uncertain

Need to think more
